Chapter 39

Vivek hung suspended in the darkness, his body bound by chains that dug deep into his skin. The air was thick with the scent of decay, and the only sound was the faint creaking of the rusty hinges.

The door slowly swung open, casting a sliver of light into the abyss. Yuvaan stepped into the room, his presence accompanied by a warm, white light that illuminated the dark space.

Yuvaan's gaze locked onto Vivek's battered face, his eyes filled with a mix of contempt and satisfaction. "How are you doing, Mr. Singhania?" he asked,.

Vivek's eyes, once filled with cruelty and contempt, now seemed defeated. Memories of Ashvi's suffering at his hands haunted him - her tears, her pleas, and her pain.

Yuvaan's smile grew wider, relishing Vivek's pain and seeing his fearful face

Fear of his death ,. "You hurt Ashvi," he stated, his voice firm and accusatory. Vivek's gaze fell, unable to meet Yuvaan's piercing stare.

Yuvaan's voice dripped with venom as he sneered at Vivek, "Now, how are you feeling? Testing your own medicine, I presume?" His eyes blazed with fury, his words laced with a deep-seated anger. "I swear to God, Vivek, I will make you regret every second of your  life, every breath you've taken, for making my Ashvi cry."

With a swift motion, Yuvaan grasped the iron rod lying nearby, its cold metal glinting in the dim light. Vivek's eyes widened in terror as Yuvaan raised the rod, his mind racing with the impending agony.

"No... I... I'm sorry," Vivek stammered, his voice barely audible, as he struggled to break free from the chains that bound him. But it was too late. The iron rod came crashing down, striking Vivek's legs with a sickening thud.

"AHHHHHHHHH!" Vivek screamed, his voice echoing off the walls as the searing pain coursed through his body, his mind reeling in agony. "MHHHHHHHHH... NOOOO!" The sound was a haunting testament to the suffering he had inflicted upon others, now returned manifold....

Vivek's screams grew louder and more anguished as Yuvaan continued to rain down blows on his legs with the iron rod. Each impact sent shockwaves of agony coursing through his body, his mind reeling in torment.

"AHHHHHHHHH! MHHHHHHHHH! NOOOO!" Vivek's voice cracked and broke, his cries echoing off the walls as he begged for mercy. But Yuvaan's face remained a mask of fury, his eyes blazing with a fierce determination.

The sound of the iron rod striking Vivek's legs was like a sickening drumbeat, each thud punctuating his screams. The air was heavy with the scent of sweat and fear, the darkness seeming to closing in around them like a suffocating shroud.

Vivek's body jerked and convulsed with each blow, his chains rattling ominously as he struggled to break free. But Yuvaan's grip was unyielding, his anger and hurt fueling his relentless assault. The only sound was the beating, the screaming, and the heavy breathing, a macabre symphony that seemed to have no end.

As Vivek's screams began to fade into exhausted whimpers, Yuvaan's expression twisted into a snarl. "You should have thought of Ashvi's tears before you hurt her," he spat, his voice venomous. "Now, you'll know the true meaning of pain."

With a swift motion, Yuvaan pulled out a syringe filled with a murky liquid. Vivek's eyes widened in terror as Yuvaan injected the substance into his veins. A searing fire coursed through his body, his mind reeling in agony.

"This is just the beginning," Yuvaan hissed, his eyes glinting with malice. "You'll beg for mercy, but it will never come."

As the drug took hold, Vivek's body began to contort in unnatural positions, his muscles spasming wildly. His screams grew louder once more, echoing off the walls as he begged for respite.

But Yuvaan just watched, his expression unyielding, as Vivek's body thrashed about like a puppet on a string. The air was heavy with the scent of sweat, fear, and something else... something sweet and sinister

As Vivek's anguished screams faded into pitiful groans, Yuvaan turned to leave, his face still twisted in a snarl. He cast one last glance at Vivek's writhing form, his eyes gleaming with a fierce satisfaction. The sound of Vivek's labored breathing and the stench of his sweat and fear filled the air, a haunting testament to the suffering he had unleashed.

"Make sure he doesn't die," Yuvaan instructed the bodyguards, his voice dripping with malice. "I want him to suffer for a long time."

The bodyguards nodded, their faces impassive, as they moved to take up positions around Vivek's broken form. Yuvaan's footsteps echoed through the room, growing fainter as he disappeared into the darkness, leaving Vivek to his agony.

_____________

Shreyansh was deeply engrossed in the files scattered across his desk, his brow furrowed in concentration. Suddenly, Vihaan entered the room, a stack of files in hand, and announced, "I've checked them too, and made the necessary corrections, just like you asked."

Shreyansh looked up, a warm smile spreading across his face. "Thanks, buddy," he said, his voice filled with genuine gratitude. "I really appreciate it."

Vihaan smiled back, taking a seat on the sofa as he began to work on his laptop. Shreyansh, now seated in a chair, couldn't help but stare at Vihaan, his mind wandering to Trisha and Vihaan

"Trisha will leave him in two days... no, not even two days... half a day is gone, just one day is left," Shreyansh thought to himself, his eyes narrowing as he gazed at Vihaan. "

"He told me she's been giving him a challenge to make him fall in love... but did he really feel something for her?"

Shreyansh's gaze lingered on Vihaan, his mind consumed by thoughts of Trisha and Vihaan'. Vihaan, sensing the weight of Shreyansh's stare, finally looked up, his eyes locking onto Shreyansh's. "What's wrong? Want to ask something?" he asked, his voice tinged with curiosity.

Shreyansh's eyes narrowed, his voice barely above a whisper. "Did you start falling for Trisha? Or not?" The question hung in the air, heavy with anticipation.

Vihaan's face fell, his eyes dropping as if the words had struck a chord. His heart ached, remembering Trisha's tears from the night before. The way she had cried, her body shaking with sobs, had left an indelible mark on his mind. He couldn't explain why her tears affected him so deeply, but they had lingered in his thoughts, refusing to be shaken off.

As he struggled to find the words to respond, Vihaan's mind wandered to Trisha's absence in morning. He had searched for her everywhere, but she was nowhere to be found. A pang of worry had gripped him, his heart racing with panic. But then, her text had arrived, informing him that she was at a friend's house. Relief had washed over him, followed by a confusing mix of emotions. Why did he feel so invested in her well-being? Did he truly feel something for her?...

NO..

BIG NO....

Vihaan's inner voice whispered, "He does feel something for her," but he refused to acknowledge it. "No," he said aloud, his voice firm, but his eyes betraying a hint of uncertainty.

Shreyansh's face fell, his eyes widening in disappointment, as if he had been hoping for a different answer. His shoulders slumped, and his voice dropped to a low tone, heavy with sadness. "I was right," he said, his words laced with frustration and despair. "You both, sister and brother, are crazy. You're both stupid to let happiness enter your lives."

Hearing Shreyansh's words, Vihaan rolled his eyes, but Shreyansh's expression turned serious, his voice filled with conviction. "I don't know why you can't accept her, Vihaan. She loves you so much, and she's a gem, a diamond. You won't be able to find a girl like her," Shreyansh said, his words dripping with sincerity, trying to make Vihaan understand.

But Vihaan's mind began to wander, memories of Trisha flooding his thoughts. He remembered the way she  irritates him, annoy him, and trouble him, yet make him smile with her stupid talks. He recalled how she  waits for him to have food with her, asking him to cook for her with those puppy eyes, as she loved the food made by him. Every habit of hers made him remember her, and his heart ached with a mix of emotions.

"Vihaan, can I ask you something?" Shreyansh ventured, his voice laced with curiosity. Vihaan turned to him, his eyes narrowing slightly as he awaited the question.

Shreyansh hesitated for a moment before speaking, "It's just that...I've noticed some things about Trisha. Her behavior, her mischief, the way she talks...some of her habits remind me of Heer." Vihaan's expression remained neutral, but his mind began to whirl with memories of Heer.

Shreyansh continued, "Sometimes, I find Trisha to be similar to Heer. The way she smiles, the way she laughs...it's uncanny." Vihaan felt a pang in his chest, his thoughts racing with the similarities between the two women.

But he quickly shook off the notion, his voice firm as he replied, "You're overthinking, Shreyansh. Yes, some habits of Trisha's may resemble Heer's, but she's not Heer. She's not my Heer." The words stung, a harsh reminder of the past and the love he had lost.

Shreyansh spoke up, his voice filled with curiosity, "Yeah, I know Trisha and Heer are different, but their habits and behavior...I find them slightly similar." Vihaan intentionally ignored his words, his eyes fixed on the door as he turned to leave for his cabin, dismissing the conversation.

Just as Vihaan reached the door, it swung open and Yuvaan entered, a stack of files in hand, a hint of a smile on his face.

"Ah, perfect timing! You both are here, now my work will be easy." Yuvaan distributed the files among Shreyansh and Vihaan, who began scanning the contents while discussing the case, their brows furrowed in concentration.

The cabin door opened again, and a beaming Kunal walked in, carrying a sweet box, his eyes sparkling with excitement.

"Hey guys, I have some great news to share!" He plopped down beside Vihaan, who exchanged a mischievous glance with Yuvaan and Shreyansh, their faces mirroring each other's amusement.

Yuvaan spoke up, his voice dripping with sarcasm, "Congratulations, bhai!

Which month?" Vihaan chimed in, his tone playful,

"Hey, take care of your yaar in this condition. You shouldn't be running around." Shreyansh joined the teasing, his words laced with mock concern, "Yeah, be careful, Kunal. %

Kunal's face contorted in confusion, his eyes darting between the trio, struggling to decipher their cryptic words. Suddenly, realization dawned on him, and his eyes widened in shock, his face turning beet red with anger. He glared at the trio, who were barely containing their laughter, their shoulders shaking with suppressed mirth.

Kunal's face turned beet red with anger as he glared at the trio, his eyes blazing with understanding. "You bastards!" he exclaimed, his voice low and menacing, his fists clenched at his sides.

"See who's talking, who's troubling others? Can't even bear a little teasing?"Shreyansh said  smirked, his eyes glinting with amusement.

"Shut up,"" Kunal let out

Kunal's expression turned serious, his eyes pleading. "Guys, stop teasing me. I'm serious. I need tips." The room fell silent, the trio's faces turning solemn, their grins fading.

Kunal took a deep breath, his voice filled with excitement. "Guys, I'm in love. I've fallen in love. It's a beautiful feeling, just like you said, Shreyansh. It's something different. I feel alive, I feel happy, I feel complete."

Yuvaan's face lit up with a happy smile. "Bhai, with whom?"

Kunal's eyes sparkled, but before he could answer, Vihaan and Shreyansh chimed in unison, "Neha!"

Kunal's eyes widened in surprise, his gaze darting between the two. "How did you both know?"

Shreyansh chuckled, his eyes twinkling. "From the way you stared at her when she arrived at the hospital, and how you both fought . And with that fight, you both fell for each other, and we knew from the start that she was the one going to rule over your heart."

Kunal's face turned pink, his eyes sheepish. "You guys are impossible. But seriously, how did you know?"

Vihaan grinned. "We've seen the way you look at her, Kunal. You're gone, man. And that fight was just a cover for your true feelings."

"Did you confess your feelings to her?" Shreyansh asked, his eyes sparkling with curiosity.

Kunal's face lit up with a radiant smile. "Yup, and first, she did too! She also used to love me, and we both love each other!" He exclaimed, his voice filled with uncontainable happiness.

Yuvaan grinned, his eyes shining with warmth. "That's great, bhai! Everything is fine then, be happy!"

But Kunal's expression suddenly turned panicked. "I need some tips, guys! I'm falling apart trying to take her on a date. Tell me, what should I do? Where should I take her? What preparations should I make?" He asked, his words tumbling out in a frantic rush

"What she likes, her choice," Shreyansh said with a grin. "Take her to her favorite place, it'll be a sure hit!"

Kunal's eyes widened in excitement. "Ohhh yes, why didn't this thought come to my mind?" He exclaimed, slapping his forehead in frustration.

Vihaan chuckled, not looking up from the files. "Because you're an idiot, Kunal."

Kunal glared at Vihaan, who continued to focus on the papers, a hint of a smile still on his face.

Shreyansh chuckled ....

"Let's grab some drinks, guys!"  Kunal said

Shreyansh  expression turned serious. "Wait, I'm bad at drinking, I get caught easily, and if dad finds out, he'll...I don't know what he'll do to me."

Vihaan nodded in agreement. "Yes, Shreyansh is right, we're not drinking."

Kunal teased, "You both are trying to act scared? I thought you both didn't fear anyone!"

Shreyansh's eyes narrowed, his face inches from Kunal's. "Shreyansh Singh Rajput is not scared of anyone," Kunal continued, his voice dripping with sarcasm.

Shreyansh's glare intensified, his jaw clenched. "I am not scared," he growled, his deep voice firm.

Kunal's grin widened. "Then prove it! If you're not scared, say yes to drinking. We'll just have a little bit to celebrate my relationship. Come on, guys, let's do it!"

Shreyansh hesitated, his eyes darting to Vihaan, who shrugged. Finally, he nodded, "Okay, fine. We'll drink just a little."

Kunal's face lit up with triumph. "Yes! That's the spirit! Just a little drink to celebrate love and friendship."

Shreyansh's expression turned stern. "Just a little, Kunal. Don't think you've won. I'm only doing this to prove a point."

.........

The four friends entered the exclusive VIP section of the club, surrounded by plush couches and dim lighting. The drinks were already placed in front of them, and Kunal eagerly encouraged, "Have it!"

Vihaan and Shreyansh picked up their glasses, but Yuvaan remained seated, engrossed in his phone. "Yuvaan, come on!" Kunal said, but Yuvaan replied, "You guys enjoy, I'm fine."

Kunal tried again, but Yuvaan declined, completely absorbed in his screen. And these trio get busy in drinking Vihaan, however, couldn't resist Shreyansh's nonstop drinking.

"Stop it now, you idiot!" Vihaan shouted, laughing, as Shreyansh slurred, "Just one last glass, I promise."

Kunal grinned mischievously, knowing Shreyansh's drinking habits. "Now the real fun begins!" he exclaimed.

Vihaan glared at Kunal, "Are you impossible? Now who will handle this drunk Shreyansh? He does weird things when he's drunk, and now he's full-on drunk!"

Kunal chuckled, "Ah, he's so cute when he's drunk! The cold guy becomes a pokeball!"

Vihaan said, "Now, let's get him out of here." Kunal and Vihaan helped Shreyansh, who was singing a slurred song, out of the club. As they stumbled out, Shreyansh's voice echoed, "I love you, guys...you're my brothers..."

"But I love my wife more," Shreyansh mumbled, his words slurred, as they sat him in the car. He began singing a song in a drunken voice, "Oh, my love, my love, why you leave me?..."

Kunal chuckled """Sorry guys, I want to join you both and see Shreyansh's pokie side too, but I have to head home," Kunal said, turning to Yuvaan and Vihaan with a hint of regret. "Neha is alone, and she's staying with me. I promised her I'd be back soon."

"Yes, after making him drink, now see how he behaves! You're leaving us, wow, fine. As you said, Neha is alone, so go ahead and go," vihaan  said .

Vihaan added, "Yeah, we can handle Shreyansh. You've already done enough damage for one night."

Kunal laughed and shook his head. "Hey, someone had to bring out his pokie side. You guys are welcome."

With that, Kunal turned and left, leaving Yuvaan and Vihaan to deal with a drunken Shreyansh.

.. Vihaan took the wheel, while Yuvaan sat next to Shreyansh, trying to keep him upright.

Shreyansh continued singing, "I love you, my wife, but you always angry with me...why, why, why?"

Yuvaan's voice was laced with concern as he gazed at Shreyansh, who was struggling to sit upright, his eyes glassy and unfocused. "Why do you drink alcohol when you can't even bear it, bhaii ? You know your limits, yet you still indulge. Look at yourself now!"

Shreyansh's response was a slurred hum, his voice barely audible. "Tu mera hai na-sha, tu mera hai junoon..." (You are my intoxication, you are my passion...). His words trailed off into a soft mumble, his head nodding forward as he swayed precariously.

Shreyansh's face lit up with unbridled joy, his eyes sparkling like a child's. "I am so happy!" he exclaimed, his voice rising to a shout as he gazed out the car window.

Yuvaan, trying to maintain some semblance of order, yelled back, "Keep quiet, bhaii !"

But Shreyansh just turned to him with big, innocent eyes and asked, "Are you scolding your elder brother?" His voice was laced with anger

Vihaan, glancing in the rearview mirror, couldn't help but burst out laughing at the sight of his two friends. Shreyansh and Yuvaan were sitting in the back seat, with Yuvaan trying to restrain Shreyansh's antics, while Vihaan's eyes darted between the road and the comedic scene unfolding behind him.

"Ohh.. God " his stomach was also started hurting because of so much laughing..

"Vihaan bhai aap bhii  ( vihaan bhaii you to laughing)  ," Yuvaan said in an irritating voice   Because he was very fed up with Shreyansh's antics, he was moving from here to there again and again, making noises from the car window and singing songs.

Vihaan's expression turned apologetic as he gazed at Yuvaan, "Sorry dude, but what can I do? Look at him, he's acting like a total drunkard! He really can't handle his alcohol at all."

Shreyansh's eyes narrowed, his face twisted in a scowl as he glared at his brother Yuvaan, who seemed oblivious to the anger radiating from him. Yuvaan finally turned to face Shreyansh, meeting his angry stare with a confused expression.

"What?" Yuvaan asked, his voice laced with innocence.

Shreyansh's voice rose in indignation, "Why are you scolding me, my  best friend?" His words slurred slightly, but his anger was unmistakable.

Yuvaan's confusion deepened, "What? When did I scold you, and vihaan  bhai?" He aksed

Vihaan teased Yuvaan, saying, "Yes, you scolded him or me ," in a sad voice, just to annoy him.

Yuvaan looked at vihaan in shock then Shreyansh's angry face and asked to vihaan , "Bhai, why are you lying? I didn't scold you!"or bhaii

Shreyansh's grip on Yuvaan's hair tightened. "Now tell me, even Vihaan is asking why you scolded him! Don't ever think of scolding him again, he's my best friend!"

Yuvaan, annoyed, pulled his hair free from Shreyansh's grasp. "Bhai, stop it!"

"

"Shreyansh leave him yaar, He has understood that he will not be scolded in future. " vihaan said controlling himself from laughing seeing Yuvaan's helpless condition....

"Okeyy " Shreyansh agreed

"You are my best buddyyyyyy, I love you so much " Shreyansh muttered in a drunk voice getting up from his seat to hug Vihaan from the back..

Shreyansh no...

"""Bhai don't do it, sit properly, We are in the car, some accident can happen, you sit quietly in your place. " yuvaan said pulling him back on his place

"Okay boss," he said with a smile and settled down in his seat..

"You are my buddy, I love you so much..." These words were coming to his tongue  again and again due to which Yuvaan asked

"You only love Vihaan Bhai, don't you love me?" yuvaan asked

"Ohh I saw someone getting jealous, " Vihaan asked Yuvaan playfully

"I am not jealous bhaii, I know you are special to bhaii but this is also true, he loves me too and you also love me very much. "That's why I'm lucky to have three brothers..

"You, bhai, Kunal bhai... "

yuvaan said with a smile hearing which Vihaan nodded his head with a smile..

"yes it's true I love you both but I love Arya more

..

"Haan bhai, ab to patni aa gayi hai, toh use se pyaar toh zyada karoge, ab toh dost aur bhai ko bhool gaye ho na?" Vihaan said in a fake sad tone, Yuvaan chuckled

(Now that your wife has arrived, you'll love her even more and forget about your friends and brothers, right  )

Shreyansh suddenly got up from his seat and looked around the car, asking, "Kahan hai meri Arya?" (Where is my Arya?"(

Vihaan replied, "Woh humare saath nahi hai" (She is not with us).

"Then where is she?" Shreyansh asked in a sad tone.

"She is at home," Yuvaan replied.

"Then where are we?" Shreyansh asked, looking around.

Hearing this, Yuvaan and Vihaan both hit their heads hard with their own hands. "Oo... God... Bhai, why did Kunal bhai make him drink so much that he's not conscious of anything?" Yuvaan said.

"""Where is my Arya?""" Shreyansh again screamed...

Arya

Arya..

"Stop it yaar " your Arya at home, In some time we will take you to your Arya,""" vihaan said trying to make him understand because Shreyansh was shouting in the car..

"Until then, close your eyes and relax " Vihaan said And miraculously, Shreyansh agreed to his request, he closed his eyes and rested his head on the seat...

"":Thank you! He agreed easily"":... Yuvaan said and breathed in relief

_______

"These three have finally reached home, as he and Yuvaan carried Shreyansh inside the house, supporting him on their shoulders.

"Bhai, stop," Yuvaan said, his eyes widening in shock.

"What happened?" Vihaan asked, looking at him concerned.

"Dad is sitting in the living hall," Yuvaan replied, peeking inside the home where Abhinash was working on his laptop. "Oh no... If Uncle sees Shreyansh in this condition, he'll throw him out of the house. He doesn't like Shreyansh's drinking at all. If he had just had a little bit, it would have been fine, but today he's completely intoxicated."

"You're right," Vihaan agreed.

Both were confused, but then an idea struck Yuvaan. "Let's take him in through the back gate."

"Great idea!" Vihaan exclaimed, and they both started carrying Shreyansh inside the house through the back gate. Shreyansh was still fast asleep....

In the living room at the back, Arya, Soumya, and Ashvi were sitting together. Soumya was looking through a family album. "Who are they, Aunty?" Ashvi asked, pointing to a family picture.

"They are Vikram Bhai, Abhinash's brother,  vikram bhai wife Dhara,  Maa saa, baapu saaa ,  Surekha, my sister-in-law, and Abhinav, Abhinash's younger brother," Soumya explained, admiring the picture with tears welling up in her eyes.

Arya and Ashvi looked at each other, surprised, as they had never heard about these people or seen them before.

"Where are they, Maa?" Arya asked, as a tear slipped from Soumya's eye.

"They left us, they are now with God," Soumya said, her voice trembling. "A massive flood hit the village, destroying everything in its path. Many lives were lost, including theirs."

Soumya's eyes welled up with tears as she spoke, and Arya and Ashvi looked on, unsure of how to react to this revelation.

"After the marriage, Abhinash and I left the village and came to the city," Soumya said, her voice cracking with emotion. "Abhinash wanted to complete my education and start his business, while Vikram Bhai and Abhinav handled the village work. Bapu sa was the head of the village, a kind and gentle soul who always put others before himself."

Soumya's eyes welled up with tears as she continued, "Our family was different from the others in the village. They were supportive and encouraged me to pursue my dreams, even sending me to the city for my education. They also empowered other village women and opened a school and hospital for the community."

Soumya's voice broke as she remembered her loving family. "I lost my mother at birth, but my father showered me with love. When I married Abhinash, Maa saa became my mother figure, and Bapu sa never made me feel like I was his daughter-in-law, but his own daughter."

Arya and Ashvi exchanged a glance, then embraced Soumya, trying to comfort her as she sobbed uncontrollably. "Don't cry, Maa, please," Arya begged, caressing her back. "Please, Maa, don't cry. You're breaking our hearts."

Soumya's body shook with sobs as she remembered the happy times with her family, now lost forever. Her daughters' concern and love only made her tears flow more freely, as she felt grateful for their presence in her life.

Soumya wiped away her tears and gestured to her daughters to do the same. "No more crying," she said with a gentle smile. Ashvi and Arya smiled weakly, still emotional from their mother's story.

Soumya flipped through the album, a faraway look in her eyes. "See, this is Shreyansh when he first held Yuvaan in his hands," she said, pointing to a photo. "He was so proud to be a big brother."

As she turned the pages, Soumya couldn't help but chuckle at the memories. "Oh, look at this one! Yuvaan's first birthday, and Shreyansh is making a mess with the cake." She giggled, and her daughters joined in.

Just then, the trio heard the sound of the door opening, and their heads snapped towards the entrance. "Shreyansh!" Soumya exclaimed in a worried voice, her eyes widening with concern as she gazed at Shreyansh over Vihaan and Yuvaan's shoulders.

Shreyansh, still disheveled and sleepy,  , supported by Vihaan and Yuvaan. Soumya's expression turned stern, her brow furrowed in a mix of worry and annoyance.

"We got caught, Vihaan Bhai!" Yuvaan muttered under his breath, his eyes darting towards Soumya with a hint of fear.

"What happened to him?" Soumya asked in a worried voice, rushing towards them.

"Shreyansh..." Arya also ran towards them, her face etched with anxiety.

"Maa, please don't shout so loudly. Nothing has happened to Bhai. If your husband comes here now, he will throw Bhai out of the house right now," Yuvaan requested, trying to calm Soumya down.

"Yuvaan!" Soumya shouted at him.

"Nothing has happened, Aunty. It's just that today he has drunk too much, and you know that uncle doesn't like his drinking at all. That's why Yuvan is saying to speak slowly, otherwise, uncle will come," Vihaan explained.

"Arya, where are you?" Shreyansh again woke up from his sleep and shouted, his voice groggy and disoriented.

"Where?" he asked, looking at Vihaan in confusion.

"Oh God..." Vihaan exclaimed, trying to prepare Arya for Shreyansh's emotional outburst.

"Arya, please come here," Vihaan said, gesturing to Arya, who took cautious steps closer to them.

As soon as Shreyansh saw Arya, his face lit up with joy, and he exclaimed, "Oo, my Arya! I miss you so much, jaan!" He immediately threw his arms around her neck and hugged her tightly, his eyes shining with happiness.

Due to this sudden movement, Arya's steps faltered as Shreyansh put his full weight on her, causing her to stumble slightly under the unexpected embrace.

"I miss you so much, jaan," Shreyansh exclaimed, his voice filled with emotion, as he leaned in and kissed Arya on the cheek. Arya's eyes widened in horror and shock, her face burning with embarrassment, as she felt her cheeks flush a deep red. She couldn't believe Shreyansh's bold display of affection, especially with her mother-in-law, brother-in-law, and friend standing right there, watching the scene unfold.

As Shreyansh leaned in to kiss her again, Arya's embarrassment turned to mortification. She quickly stopped him, her hand on his chest, and whispered urgently, "Shreyansh, we're not alone." Her voice trembled with embarrassment, and she felt like she wanted to disappear into the ground, wishing for a hole to swallow her whole.

, Shreyansh slurred, 'Wh-at do you th-ink I ca-re? You're my wife, and I can kiss you wherever, whenever I want... and that too in front of anyone!' His words dripped with alcohol-fueled confidence, as he stumbled closer to Arya, his eyes gleaming with a mischievous spark.

Before anyone could react, Shreyansh swiftly closed the distance between them, his lips inches from Arya's, ready to claim a kiss. The room seemed to freeze, with all eyes fixed on the unfolding scene, as Arya's face turned a deep shade of crimson.

"Arya shook her head, trying to stop him, but words hung in her throat as she gazed at his smile. However, before she could utter a single word, Shreyansh's lips claimed hers, making everyone's eyes widen in shock.
